Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns on engraved items. However, if there is a quality issue, we will work with you to resolve it. Non-customized pieces can be returned within 30 days.

You can modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our team. After that, production may have already begun. Custom engraving changes are not possible once production starts.
